Brad Smith adds gaming regulatory expertise to the GRDI Executive Advisory Group with a background in law practice and public service as a former State senator and Chairman of the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.  He regulated the four billion dollar per year casino industry in Atlantic City and served as a member of the Board of the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority.

Mr. Smith is recognized worldwide as a leader in casino regulation, having counseled numerous governments in East Asia (including the Japanese Diet), Australasia, Europe, Africa, the USA and Latin America on regulation, compliance, legislative and other issues.
